Delivery:

All packages are going to be posted via Royal Mail. Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days. If products are on a pre-order, delivery time will take a little longer than usual. If you have any questions regarding delivery please email scrunchiesbypixie@outlook.com.

Shipping Costs:

Standard shipping costs are £3.50for United Kingdom without tracking , £8 for Europe without tracking, with tracking £10, £10 for rest of the world without tracking, with tracking £15. Shipping costs are calculated at the end of checkout. This is all depending on the weight, 5 or more products it could cost extra.

Delivery outside the UK:

Shipping outside of the UK is possible, and the cost will start at £4 without tracking and £7 with tracking. All shipping costs are calculated at the end of checkout and you can select which postage you would prefer.

Please be aware that international customers are responsible for covering any import duties and fees or taxes. *This unfortunately isn’t in my control and the money does not go to me.

If your order contains a pre-order item, the full order will be sent as one, once the pre-order item is ready to be shipped.
